Against the backdrop of in-depth adjustments in the global economic structure and increasingly close international industrial cooperation, Anhui Baoerying New Materials Technology Co., Ltd. and Huayan Group, upholding the concept of openness and win-win cooperation, held a high-level talk of great significance in the conference room of Baoerying’s headquarters. The talk was conducted in a friendly and harmonious atmosphere, with both teams engaging in open exchanges and in-depth discussions. Their core objectives were clear: on one hand, to lay a solid foundation of understanding for potential future cooperation by deeply communicating their corporate development concepts, core business layouts, and technological R&D capabilities; on the other hand, to conduct all-round discussions on key issues such as policy environment, market prospects, and cooperation models, focusing on the entry into Uzbekistan’s “Two Districts and One Park” Industrial Economic Zone. The aim was to build a solid cooperation bridge through sufficient information sharing and idea exchanges, helping each other achieve coordinated development in exploring the international market.

At the beginning of the talk, representatives from both sides first elaborated on their respective companies’ development overviews, core businesses, market layouts, and future strategic plans. As a competitive enterprise in the new materials and chemical fiber textile field, Baoerying focused on introducing its production system for chemical fiber textile products — it not only owns advanced domestic production lines to realize efficient operation of the entire industrial chain from raw material processing to finished product manufacturing, but also has established a leading domestic green circular production model: through scientific treatment and recycling of waste raw materials, it has not only reduced environmental impact but also improved resource utilization, truly achieving a win-win situation of economic and environmental benefits. Meanwhile, Baoerying also shared the impressive achievements and practical experience it has accumulated in domestic and foreign markets. Huayan Group, focusing on international project cooperation and overseas market expansion, especially shared its unique resources and successful cases in conducting business in countries along the “Belt and Road Initiative”. This in-depth exchange enabled both sides to gain a clearer understanding of each other’s strength and development potential, laying a solid foundation for subsequent cooperation.

After fully understanding each other’s advantages, the focus of the talk officially shifted to the entry into Uzbekistan’s “Two Districts and One Park” Industrial Economic Zone, and the two sides conducted productive targeted discussions. They agreed that this zone has significant advantages: located at the core of Central Asia, it can connect key markets such as the Middle East and South Asia. Among them, the Middle East, as a transportation hub linking Europe, Asia, and Africa, has abundant and young population, competitive labor costs, and contains huge demographic dividends; the Southeast Asian market also shows strong development vitality, which both sides are actively exploring. Relying on these location and market advantages, coupled with favorable policy support, this zone has become a highly potential investment destination.

At the meeting, Baoerying clearly expressed strong interest in this park project, hoping to further expand overseas markets and promote the company’s international development by leveraging the zone’s advantageous resources. Huayan Group, based on its local resource reserves and practical experience, provided comprehensive support for Baoerying: it not only gave a detailed interpretation of the specific procedures for project entry, policy support, supporting facilities, and market demand, but also conducted in-depth discussions on cooperation models, potential challenges, and response strategies. Both sides stated that they will take this talk as an important opportunity to maintain close communication, steadily advance various cooperation matters, and strive to achieve a sound situation of mutual benefit and win-win cooperation.
